Do you ever get frustrated because all your holds come in at once? Or out of order? Or while you’re on vacation? Good news – you can freeze your holds so that you have more control over when they arrive – and you don’t loose your spot on the queue. Just go into your record and put a check mark in the Freeze Holds box. When you return from vacation all tanned and relaxed, just go back into your record and remove the check mark and your place in the wait list resumes as if you’ve never been away. So you can take that lovely vacation to Tahiti without worrying about Fifty Shades of Gray slipping past you while you’re on the beach. Now if you can just find someone else to check whether you left the tub running….
