Expired card: Library cards “expire” every three years, at which time we’ll ask for in-person re-verification of your address and phone number. This is done so that our database of patrons stays current. Once updated, you’re set for another three years. Can’t come in right away? Call us and we can give you a one-month long renewal.
Your card and its unique number do not need to be changed and you will not need a new physical card. You can check your card’s expiration date at any time by logging in to your library account in the catalog, or through the link on our homepage.
Lost/stolen card: Stop by so we can freeze the card and create a new physical card for you. Can’t come in right away? Call us so we can freeze the card and no one else can use it.
