For those who are home-bound, or who will be unable to vote in person due to school, business, or vacation, absentee ballot applications are available at the library and as a download here. 

Completed absentee ballots must be returned to the library by 9 p.m. the day of the vote, October 9, 2025. Eligible East Fishkill voters who are registered with the Dutchess County Board of Elections as permanent absentees will automatically receive a ballot mailed to their home.
