New to the library is something many of you have asked for – a simple to use, ultra fast scanner. It scans your original as a jpg or PDF, has an automatic feed, is configured for ease of use without training or staff involvement (but of course, we’re happy to help because that’s what we do), scans documents and photographs, and is free to use.
The scan will go directly to a flash drive, so if you own your own, bring it along. If you don’t have one, you can borrow one of ours to use in-house until our supply comes in at which time you can buy one for $3.
Once your scan is on your flash drive, you can plug it into a computer and email, print or just carry it around with you.
