Meditation

Start your week off with a peace of mind! On the second Tuesday of each month from 6:30PM – 7:30PM, join Susan Olin-Dabrowski to learn different forms and techniques of meditation. Meditation can be very helpful for managing stress and improving one’s quality of life. Beginners and experienced mediators are all welcome. You can register through our online calendar or contact the Library at 845-221-9943. 

Meditation is offered online and in-person; upon registration you can indicate your preference. The Zoom link will be sent to your email address for the online option.
