Tai Chi for Beginners

Hopewell resident and certified Tai Chi instructor Scott Grimes presents this hour long demo and class of the basic principles of Tai Chi. Tai Chi is a practice of low impact gentle movement exercise. Scott has been practicing Tai Chi since 1996 and is affiliated with World Tai Chi since 2009. First half hour class is demo and Q&A and the second half is participation. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing.

The program meets every third Tuesday of the month from 6:30PM-7:30PM in the Alley Room. Limit to 10 patrons. Go to our online calendar for all dates.
